DJ RUBY’s career:

DJ Ruby, the master of progressive house and one of Malta’s most prolific underground electronic music artists, has been shaping the international scene for over three decades with impeccably built sets, explosive energy, and pioneering vision. His work spans from revitalizing Maltese electronic music culture – including trendsetting Pure Promotions events – to performing on the world’s most famous stages such as Timewarp, Ozora, Transmission, Creamfields, and Tomorrowland Unite. His career crosses continents and generations.

His collaborations with legends like Faithless, Sasha, Carl Cox, and Hernan Cattaneo, as well as his residencies at key Maltese electronic music venues, clearly define him as a pioneer. After a rebranding in 2018, Ruby entered the international progressive house forefront, earning recognition with his productions, remixes, and viral live sets, while leading events like Secret Series and Ruby & Friends in Malta’s electronic music renewal. DJ Ruby is a legend in every sense, with an influence far beyond the DJ booth, shaping the past, present, and future of electronic music.
